Melissa’s BBQ Beef
1 can (28 oz.) R Farm Boneless Beef Chunks™
1/2 cup Mission Kitchen BBQ sauce – more to taste
Drain broth (reserve for soup if desired).
Stir together beef and sauce.
Simmer until warm.
Beef and Noodles
1 can (28 oz.) R Farm Boneless Beef Chunks™
1/3 cup butter or margarine
1 bag (14 oz.) egg noodles – cooked
1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
chopped onion – optional
Stir together and simmer on low for 15-20 minutes, stirring frequently so cheese doesn’t stick or burn. Salt and pepper to taste. May also make in a crock pot. Stir ingredients together and cook on low 2-3 hours.
Beef Noodle Vegetable Soup
5 cups water
1 can (28 oz.) R Farm Boneless Beef Chunks™
1 envelope Lipton‘ or Wyler’s‘ Onion Soup Mix
1 envelope Knorr Vegetable Soup Mix™
1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder
1 teaspoon celery salt or 1 cup sliced celery
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (optional)
1 cup V-8 juice, water or beef broth*
8 oz. package Kluski or your choice of style noodles
Salt and Pepper to your taste
Place everything but V-8 juice and noodles in a covered 6 quart kettle and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and reduce heat to simmer until noodles are tender (about 20 minutes). Add V-8 juice or water, stir and serve. Add more beef broth for a thinner soup!
* depends on your taste

Cooking hint: When cooking for one or two, divide can and store unused canned beef in the freezer.
